Penhollow Custom Homes
 Established
in the early 1990's, Penhollow Custom Homes is a family
run establishment, where the customer deals directly with
the builder-owner, Steve Penhollow. Penhollow has a proven
record of accomplishment in the homebuilding industry. He
began his career in residential construction in the early
1980’s in the Northeastern part of the U.S. A skilled
carpenter himself, Steve is a very “hands-on”
builder. You will frequently find him on the construction
site, supervising the project from beginning to end. He
is known for his ability to envision the possibilities of
a space and is adept at making it functional. Steve has
masterfully blended his formal education with his practical
knowledge of design and construction earning him a reputation
as an award-winning, luxury home builder.
Penhollow has participated in the Greater Dallas Area Parade
of Homes™ consecutively since 2002 capturing a variety
of awards for elevation, floor plan, master suite and bath,
kitchen and the coveted, “President’s Award
for Overall Favorite Home.” His 2003 home, Vita Bella
received the “People’s Choice Award for Overall
Favorite Home” as well as awards for best floor plan,
media room, and “Make-A-Wish” room. Penhollow
will participate again in the Spring 2006 Parade of Homes™,
with his entry, Villa Pacifica.
